The first season of the Czech Surfing Tour is successfully over, the preparations for the next one are already in full swing and we are very happy that we will enter into the new season with a new website and a new graphic identity!
In less than two months we will start the next Tour in Portugal and we definitely have a lot to look forward to. Due to the large turnout of Slovak surfers during the first edition, the next edition will officially be Czech and Slovak and we hope that this will attract even more Slovak competitors thereby improving the level of the Tour ever so slighly again.
The biggest highlight of the new competition season should, however, be the qualification for the ISA World Surfing Games 2023 in El Salvador. For the first time ever, Czech Surfing Association is going to send a national team to this international event, which will also be the main qualifying event for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The national team will consist of four women and four men, who will be selected through two qualifying events in Portugal and Bali.
